Yo! Hope you guys have had a good o-week at uni and still have some funds left for textbooks this week! We’ve got some new Drake on the table, produced by Boi-1da and will be the first single off the new album “Thank Me Later” due out the end of this month.

Also some new tracks surfaced on the eve of the Crooker’s “Ton’s of Friends” March 8 release date, featuring artists Yelle, Will.I.Am and Nic Sarno. ALSO they will be coming over to NZ with “We Love Sounds” festival in June along with Tiga, Laidback Luke, Steve Aoki, Proxy plus maany many more!

Also with a release date around the corner, and also featuring a plethora of different artists – Snoop Dogg, Lou Reed etc, are Gorillaz who have just released the video for their first single “Stylo” with co-star Bruce Willis.

Rihanna’s latest “Rude Boy” has been receiving the remix treatment with a fair few coming out in the last week! I can see this one being huge in the clubscene, and am especially feeling the M.I.A’esk clip!

Not really feeling the original of this track by Jason Derulo – which sampled Imogen Heap’s “Hide & Seek” and possibly also The Game’s “World Peace”. These remixes are of Jason’s “Whatcha Say” but don’t actually feature any of his vocals.. so is it possible to say that they are a remix of Imogen’s original?
