Chiddy’s mini-album “The Preview” is out October 11 and features this new track co-produced by Pharrell called “Good Life”. Their next mixtape is titled “Peanut Butter N Swelly” and Chiddy explains the origins of their fav word Swell – “I made that word to replace the word ‘swag,’” he explains. “The word ‘swag’ is corny—everybody says they got swag. I was like, ‘Yo, I got swell.’ That transformed into ‘swelly,’ meaning all things fresh, all things dope.” on spin.com.

It’s taken me a while to warm to this track as my attitude towards Ms. Dynamite hasn’t always been the greatest but I’ve seemed to warm to her ALOT following her vocals on WILE OUT, so can safely say that I do like her work and especially on this track with Toddla T. Not sure about the deets on this one, but tbh i really cbf finding out this time of night so just listen!

New & first single from Rihanna’s upcoming album “LOUD!” produced by Stargate who also produced “Don’t Stop The Music” for RiRi and this is definately a step back to that direction and away from the dark RiRi that weve seen and although i cant say I’m much of a fan of her latest work I do like this track.. a little. Watch out for the album release date November 2.

This songs actually startin to bug the shit out of me now with the amount of airplay its getting, and with all the other mixes & freestyles etc etc that are cumn out its makn it worse…but when Chiddy jump on the joint, you know its gonna be fresh. I wouldnt call this a “remix” as such, probably closer to a cover, in typical Chiddy fashion. Definitly worth the effort to d/l & listen >>

We’re getting to see more and more tracks leak as the October 4 release date looms for Tinie Tempah’s debut album Disc-Overy. As you can see above this track features commander Kelly Rowland and I originally had high hopes for this track, wishfully thinking it would be more similar to “Miami 2 Ibiza” buuttt I’ve found it closer to B.O.B’s “Airplanes” than anything else – so if you like that kinda thing your in luck.

MORE Magnetic Man for ya as Skream, Benga & Artwork prepare to release the self titled debut album on the 4th of October. John Legend is proving to be a versatile vocalist on this track “Going Nowhere”, not surprising that hes crept himself into the dubstep scene as he did on the electronic scene featuring on MSTRKRFT’s “Heartbreaker” his smooth vocals almost creating a oxymoronic effect with the hard hitting drums!

Magnetic Man has returned off the back of the success of their debut single “I Need Air” to produce this new banger featuring the vocalist of the moment Katy B. Having already worked with Benga for the success of her debut single “Katy On A Mission” she now teams up with the rest of the Magnetic Man crew, Skream and Artwork to again perfectly compliment some badass drum & bass/dubstep. Just got hit with a new jam from the artist formerly known as Bionic Pixie, now known by a variation of her ‘real’ name “Zowie”. It’s not surprising that Zowie is getting SOO much attention internationally because to be quite blunt – she’s the shit! If you caught her show at Rhythm & Vines last year her covers of Gwen Stefani’s “Crash” and Robyn’s “Cobrastyle” give away quite abit to her direction as an artist, as well the way she can give an emotional kick in the nuts with her lyrics a la “Quit Breathing” and “You Did the No No”. Aaanyway, the new track is a remix of Zowie’s “Broken Machine” which featured on Perez (good on u girl) and was remixed by RAC who also played around with fellow Kiwi’s Kids of 88′s “My House”. Let’s face it, anything that Robyn gets her sweet Swedish vocal chords on is already a hit to me so its no surprise that when the Dancehall Queen hooks up with the King of Africa + Savage Skulls the result is nothing short of a royal flush. Savage Skulls & Douster have a new EP coming out tomorrow called “Get Rich or High Trying” from which this track “Bad Gal” featuring Robyn will be 1 of the 2 tracks featured. Havn’t hit you guys with any hiphop/r&b recently so thought this recent Drake trake should do the trick! No word on who will sing this track yet but apparently he will still feature on the final release.

The reward is more cheese for you Deadmau5 lovers today as a track by Kylie Minogue has just surfaced having been produced by the mau5. Kylie uses the 2nd edit of “Brazil” and vocals written by Jake Shears (Scissor Sisters) on this unreleased track that was left off the 2010 album “Aphrodite”. Also check the track “Happiness” by Alexis Jordan, which I may actually prefer over the Kylie track but either way as I said, the reward is more cheeeese on these pop tracks!
