Off the back of the debut single “We Walk In Circles” which charted in NZ and was featured in the C4TV advert, Computers Want Me Dead have released their new single “In Your Blood”. The video above is reminiscent of the Tron trailer which was released last year, set in a virtual city. The boys – Sam & Damien had an interview over at The Pop Sucker, where they talked about their inspiration for the new single and their new 7 track EP coming out next month! Not really feeling the original of this track by Jason Derulo – which sampled Imogen Heap’s “Hide & Seek” and possibly also The Game’s “World Peace”. We mentioned a little bit about indie-pop outfit Butterfly Bones a while back when they released their EP “Pretty Feelings” which featured cheeky synth filled tracks “XOXO” and “Ur Hott”. They present us with “<3″ the first track from their upcoming album, which continues their summery feel with smiling synths and laidback vocals – giving me the feeling of the first day of summer!

British electropop artist Frankmusik has collaborated with Computer Club, an electro-house band from LA to produce his latest single “Losing Streak” to be featured on his upcoming album “Follow The Leader”. Not too sure about the release date on the new album but Frankmusik seems to be working his ass off with his last album released less than a year ago! Don’t sleep on this one the beat is a banger!!

Justin Faust has built himself up quite a reputation for producing incredibly danceworthy house tracks smooth enough to butter your toast with. Not surprisingly his father is a producer & composer, paving the way for him to start producing house in 1992! Another track from the release “The Fame Monster” and GaGa is killing it again! This time around its “So Happy I Could Die” which seems to be a track about experimenting with a girlfriend.. GaGa sings about how she loves a lavender blonde and how she should “Open up her heart and her mind” to GaGa. Kinda reminds me of “Eh,Eh” actually, much poppier than Bad Romance and Alejandro and although i do love the freaky side of GaGa i equally adore how she sticks to her pop roots. Dont forget to cop “The Fame Monster’!

WOW.. been gone for about two weeks studying for the final exams here in NZ so we’ve finally got our heads out of the textbooks and ready to celebrate a 4 month summer! Hopefully while we were gone you all saw the video for GaGa’s new track “Bad Romance”.. the only way to describe it is… GENIUS. While she’s just released the video for her 1st single from The Fame Monster, the second track has just been leaked – her collab with fellow diva BEYONCE’ titled “Telephone” (previously Videophone?).

Also from “The Fame Monster” which will now be a stand alone 8 track album instead of being a reissue of “The Fame” is “Dance In The Dark” ringing out a chorus “Baby loves to dance in the dark, cos when he’s looking she falls apart” and starting off with the words “silicone, saline, poison, inject me baby” giving the track a dark undertone. Judging by the tracks that GaGa has released so far from “The Fame Monster” (Alejandro, Bad Romance, Telephone & Dance in The Dark) theres a clear emphasis on the vocals, which have been amazing in these tracks. My favourite Pop princess, Lady GaGa, will be releasing The Fame Monster on the 24th of Nov. It’s a re-release of The Fame with 8 new songs, of those Bad Romance will be the lead single – being produced by Just Dance hitmaker RedOne. GaGa explains The Fame Monster as “a pop experimentation with industrial/Goth beats, 90’s dance melodies, an obsession with the lyrical genius of 80’s melancholic pop, and the runway” GaGa – Oh La La.

Brit-Brit celebrates the wrap-up of her “Circus Tour” – The North American Leg may I add, with the release of new single “3″. Produced by Max Martin (also produced “..Baby One More Time” and more recently “If You Seek Amy”) “3″ has the electro-pop vibe and underlying sexual references of threesomes “1,2,3, Peter, Paul & Mary” and talks of Brit “Gettin down with 3P” very reminiscent of “If You Seek Amy“. A Hot Mess? It may very well be. But the song has already been stuck in my head all day. Have a listen to the flirtatious track below and let it infect your unwilling ears – Pop gold i say!
